The day which I think all the exchange students here have waited so much, arriving in wonderful Rio de Janeiro.
Well, the first day was a bit rainy but it wasn't a problem. The students arrived during the day, so today wasn't really nothing official program.
We went to eat McDonald's, of course, because it's so familiar to everyone! Then we had free time at hotel which is located in Copacabana. I spent time with the exchange students from Thailand. Well, obviously because there is just me, girl from Finland and all the others are from Thailand. We were hanging out, playing card, etc.
At night we went to eat together and after that walking in Copacabana and shopping. The weather was still a bit rainy and really windy. People bought things for their families, friends, relatives, etc. The feeling was awesome, here I'm walking in Rio de Janeiro!
I just can't wait to following days! Tomorrow we're going to the beach, Sugar Loaf and have a city tour. The first day is almost over but we still have three whole days left and on Wednesday we're leaving back to our host families.
